Conference Rooms – The Innovation Forum

The conference rooms at the Innovation Forum are furnished to the highest standard with comfortable furniture which can be arranged in a variety of ways to suit the requirements of the event. The main conference room can seat 110 theatre style and 80 cabaret style and is equipped with modern and powerful audio visual facilities, giving a wide range of conferencing options. The Rayleigh Room – Faraday House

Faraday House is located on The Crescent, the main road into Manchester. The Rayleigh Room is a large square conference room to seat 100 people and is located on the First Floor. It has recently been refurbished and offers an excellent standard in Conferencing.

The Council Chamber – The Old Fire Station

The Old Fire Station, situated on The Crescent, has been refurbished to include conference and meeting facilities. The suite of rooms includes the ‘Council Chamber’ with theatre style seating for 100 people and 3 smaller rooms suitable for boardrooms or as syndicate rooms. The Conferencing space is supported by state of the art audio visual equipment with video- conferencing available in some areas and high speed, wireless internet access There is also a light and airy conservatory overlooking the old square at the rear of the building where catering and beverage services are provided.

Chapman Lecture Theatres III, IV and V – Chapman Building

The Chapman Building houses five lecture theatres with seating capacities ranging from 150 to 500. All have comfortable tiered seating, excellent lighting and are equipped with modern audio visual equipment. The entrance to the Chapman Building is via a large foyer area which is suitable for registration and arrival refreshments. An Art Gallery on the 2nd floor provides space for exhibitions and refreshments.

Classrooms and Lecture Theatres – various

 

A wealth of classrooms and seminar rooms are available to hire. These are situated across the campus and can be booked as convenient syndicate/ break out rooms for large events or for smaller meetings or training sessions.
